The Lincolnshire Elves were officially "discovered" by Baron Barrymore Halpenny in the early 1990’s and Baron is the only one that the Lincolnshire Elves will allow to write about them and their magical adventures and stories. Only the Editorial Department at LincsMag.com have access to the Elves, and then only when the Elves wish it.
