According to the Car Insurer, Staveley Head, Britain has the third priciest pump rates in the world, with an average price of 135p per litre. Norway's capital, Oslo, tops the rankings with an average price of 164p per litre.
The prices in the top ten countries for cheapest fuel are just 20p a litre dropping down to 2p. And before you say that most of these are oil producing countries, I would just remind you that so is Britain, so why are other non oil producing countries cheaper than us?
