Don’t blame the police but look at the real culprits.

Jack Straw's remarks recently about lazy police officers were beyond doubt politically driven with a general election looming. For him to blame the police service for public dissatisfaction with law and order is an insult and a deliberate smoke screen from the real culprits.
This is the usual political trick to make the public think that the politicians are doing something, but it’s Jack Straw and the other politicians that have created this mess along with the judges and solicitors. Yes in certain cases you can say that the police are reluctant to go out on the beat, but you have to look at the reasons why.
Laws have been created making policing completely ineffective in certain areas, and the power of the police being an effective deterrent removed.
Who fears the police when they know a bent judge will let them off? Their greedy moral less solicitor always on hand, paid for by the taxpayer.
The Biggest Culprits!
The biggest culprits for our present problems are politicians, solicitors and judges.
Many people don’t realise that District Judges are in actual fact mostly solicitors, and we all know how many of these are bent and crooked, it’s pretty hard to find a good honest one, and if you do, would you really think they would become a judge?
Just an example of a low life solicitor is Veronica Hyland, who stole over £90,000 from a blind old age pensioner, some of which she used to buy a £37,000 Audi, jewellery and £6,000 Chihuahua. She was only caught when a legal secretary she was bullying told police how she was fleecing the Alzheimer sufferer, but even after her arrest she spent £5,000 of stolen money on cosmetic surgery. It turns out she was also involved in forgery and stealing from other clients as well.
In Lincoln alone there has been forgery cases of solicitors altering wills so that they benefit and also of altering documents to try and win court cases, one of which I have seen, yet the court ignores this fact as though its an accepted thing … but then they are all solicitors at the end of the day. There is no justice.
Crooked Judicial System
Many of these same solicitors who become district and circuit judges, come with their own biased views and some are secretly biased to the police, though that doesn’t stop them demanding police protection when they want it. One example (of many) is the magistrate who used the term “Paki shop” while in court, an “investigation” finding there was no racist intent. But as Jeremy Clarkson pointed out, … “why have they then sent her on a diversity training course? What’s the point of sending someone who isn’t a racist on a course designed to cure people of racism?”
A district judge can be sitting in your case and may very well be friends with the other side or their family, they may even have been a partner with the very same solicitors that your opponent is using, but you’re not to know that and that bent judge isn’t going to tell you, as a secret wink and nod is given to the other side.
That judge can come up with a vast number of excuses to favour the other side winning. The one used often and I’ve seen this myself, is all the district judge has to say is “I’m not convinced” and this covers him legally while ignoring all your legal arguments and the facts of a case.
So you can say the world is round and show proof by way of astronomers and men of science as well as photographs from the shuttle spacecraft, but that bent judge can ignore all of this and just say … “I’m not convinced”.
It’s our judicial system that is crooked and in need of a major clean up with all judges having to publicly show their history, affiliations, links, expenses etc. if they want the very, very well paid job, then they must expect their past and present actions to be scrutinised by the public … who at the end of the day pays their lucrative wage.
Judges should also be accountable for their decisions and where this involves public safety, then this in particular, must mean they are held accountable to the public, and if the public deem them incompetent, then they are removed with immediate effect as they are a gross liability to public safety.
It is Jack Straw and his worthless bunch of colleagues who allowed the current flood of immigrants into this country that has swamped our police forces, and these crooked politicians along with the bent judges and solicitors have effectively tied the hands of the police and gagged public opinion.
One Case in Many
It’s politicians and judges hand in hand. An interesting little case is that of Nicholas Hewitt Birtles who got off lightly in September 2009 for possessing cocaine. His solicitor (possibly later to be a district judge) claimed his client was not a regular user, but neglected to say that he had already two previous drug cautions.
The Sun newspaper revealed in an exclusive that Birtles was arrested close to his home in Camden, North London. He had thrown the drugs out of his car when he saw police approach, so he knew what he was doing was wrong, and was later tested positive for cocaine.
His parents are William Birtles a Crown Court Judge and Patricia Hewitt a politician and former Health Secretary in the government. Well, well, a judge and politician, they have raised their son well.
And please note that the taxpayer pays both his parents so they both live very handsomely off the public purse. In court Birtles apologised to his parents, obviously for letting them down in getting caught. Any apology to the police or public?
And his punishment? Remember this is our crooked system with the judicial system being a closed shop for the select few … his punishment was just £250. Of course Mummy and Daddy didn’t pull any strings and had no sway in the judges thinking … and low and behold a pork pie with wings has just flown past my office window.
Our So-Called Democratic Society.
So with such results, what must the police think and feel. The police and public all know that the judicial system is crooked and needs a serious overhaul, but nothing is ever done, not because the public are disinterested, but because the politicians, judges and solicitors have all created the system in such a way that what ever the public wants, they won’t get it. Effectively the system polices itself and judges judge judges. This is our so-called democratic society.
Just look at the amount of stories about bent solicitors and judges in the newspapers and how many times they have been exposed as paedophiles, often in FBI stings through the Internet. But what happens to them when they are caught?
The judges have set themselves up as a law onto their own and act more like gods. Have you noticed how our society has been getting worse? Have you seen how laws these judges make are giving honest men and women less safety and protection? The figures speak for themselves.
Laws that are created are only done so to control the people and strengthen the power of the judicial system, but crime itself increases and the public suffer.
The police have both their hands tied behind their backs and their legs tied together for good measure, but are used as the scapegoat by the politicians, judges and solicitors … the very people who have helped to make the police powerless.
Action is needed, but look in the right area first.
Don’t blame the police for the perverted actions of the politicians and judges who only look after themselves and ignore the public and their safety.
Salus populi suprema lex – the public safety is the supreme law.
