This How To Teach... series is really a great collection of straightforward, user-friendly teacher development books that are really helpful to the English Language Teacher, especially those that have just qualified and possibly not as yet been thrown to the proverbial lions, in other words, they have yet to confront a class of their own, on their own.
Experienced teachers and teacher trainers write all the titles in Pearson’s How To Teach series and each one offers a range of practical teaching ideas within a clear, theoretical framework. It’s also worth noting that each book contains a photocopiable 'Task File' of practical exercises and activities, making it a handy tool for the teacher.
The following three books from the series are the ones out of them all that we feel will be the most useful and important.
