Judge For Yourself - Lincolnshire Magazine - LincsMag.com

Well, it is pretty much accepted by any sane intelligent human being that the Judicial System in this country (United Kingdom) has now gone completely mad, with judges and far too many solicitors and Barristers, now completely out of control where they are clearly not held responsible for their actions. They are quite simply destroying this country and mostly through their own financial greed.

The Judicial System in Britain is now getting to be a bigger threat to the people of this country and its security, than any hostile foreign power could connive, as the Judicial System works to destroy the country from within, fuelled by too many corrupt, incompetent and malicious judges.

I pointed out in January 2010 how the system was getting to be the countries biggest curse. It is now far, far worse than that.

Judges, after making a ruling that they know will anger the public, often whinge that they had no choice and that they are powerless; yet note how when it suits them they can set a "precedence", especially in awarding huge sums of TAX payers money to dubious individuals.

Manipulation of the Law

Judges often twist the rules to suit themselves; with I note an ever-increasing leniency towards perverts and child killers. Take a recent case (February 2011) where a pervert, Turon Ali, 26, groomed a 14 year old girl for sex, he was only prevented from assaulting her when fortunately her older brother found one of the texts Ali had sent and alerted the police. So was Ali jailed? No, he was given only a 12 month suspended sentence at Cambridge Crown Court by Judge Gareth Hawkesworth who told him: "You are not a paedophile as such. You are simply a young man who was unable to control his sexual urges."

WHAT???

Now you see why this country is in serious problems and the police feel totally let down. What’s the point of catching the perverts when a possible even bigger one in a wig lets them get away?

Many Judges move in their own private clicks, fuelled by sexual deviances, financial greed, lust for power or a combination of all three as they play gods in the court room, many times wrecking havoc with peoples lives.

The Extradition of Assange and Our Judiciary

I’m not going to get into the issues of the case and what he is wanted for in Sweden, which is open to debate, with Assange (the gentleman who brought us Wikileaks and exposed the twofaced shenanigans of our establishment), other than exposing the hypocrisy of the Judicial system and our judges. Assange has not killed anyone to my knowledge, nor is he a potential violent threat. He also has the wide support of many people, from all walks of life, and there could be a strong case here that there are other hidden issues in wanting his extradition from this country.

Interestingly, he is not (as far as I am aware) sponging off this country, so it’s not surprising that Chief magistrate Howard Riddle ruled that Assange is to be extradited.

Quite right you might say, the law is the law? Except for the uneven balance of it. Anyway isn’t he Australian I’ve heard people comment? Yes, but in any case Australia is part of our Common Wealth and so if anything he has a right to be here ... we were happy for the Australians to come over in the World Wars.

So lets look at another “foreigner”, his behaviour and his out come for being removed from this country.

Mohammed Ibrahim is a career criminal who ran a 12-year-old girl over and left her to die. The 33-year-old Iraqi Kurd was already banned from driving when he ran Amy Houston down in November 2003 and fled the scene, leaving her dying beneath the wheels of his car.

The young girl’s father, Paul Houston, had to make the awful decision a few hours later to turn off her life support machine. He then, campaigned to get Mohammed Ibrahim deported from this country, which took him into a strenuous legal battle spanning seven years with the UK Border Agency putting in an appeal at an Asylum and Immigration Tribunal to have Ibrahim deported.

Late last year (2010) Houston begged judges to bring his "seven years of hell to an end" and handed in a letter, containing an impassioned plea to send Ibrahim back to Iraq.

Ah, but this is the UK, so two senior immigration judges rejected a final appeal by the UK Border Agency to have him deported and now Ibrahim the child killer will now be allowed to live in the UK permanently.

Houston had this to say after the unbelievable verdict (though not that unbelievable the more you look at British Judges):

"I'm really angry. We should all be angry. It is a ridiculous state of affairs, I'm battling away here on my own. This is a perversity of our society.

"What are the judges saying here? They are saying it doesn't matter what you do when you come here, who you kill, what laws you break, as long as you have a child here you can stay?

"You work hard, play by the rules, pay your taxes and this is how you get treated. What does that say about politicians, our leaders and the legal system? It's a joke.

"They are obsessed with the rights of others from Pakistan, Afghanistan and Iraq. Where are my human rights? This man is a criminal, do we have no say who we allow in this country?

"He's not a life-saving surgeon or a Nobel prize winner. He was a criminal before, a criminal now and he will continue being a criminal. The Human Rights Act is for everybody, not just asylum-seekers and terrorists.

"How can he say he's deprived of his right to a family life? The only person deprived of a family life is me. Amy was my only family."

Houston says “What does that say about politicians, our leaders and the legal system? It's a joke.” ... I pointed this out earlier in 2010 (here).

The System

So we know the judicial system is rotten to the core, but what can we do about it you may ask. Unlike many who will just point a finger and moan, I believe in constructive criticism, pointing out corruption and putting forward solutions. So ...

An Academy For Judges

It has always been my belief and idea that to be a Judge should be a career path, which someone has to study and be qualified in.

For this I have suggested a separate route that is independent of lawyers and the commercial/private system. What I envision is an academy, college or even just a specially designed course that is in a large reputable University that is dedicated to the Judiciary, British Law and being a Judge.

The qualifications would be for being a Judge in the United Kingdom and would show competency and knowledge in the law as well as an impartial independent position in Law, free from all previous legal attachments.

We have to sever the connection that Judges come from solicitor or barrister backgrounds and instead aim at producing only independent Judges that the public can trust. These Judges would start out serving the general small courts and then slowly work their way up the system to the main Law Courts.

Yes it would take time, but would be worth it in the long run as a new breed of independent Judge is created, who has studied specifically for this position is put into place. This means the position is open to anyone from all walks of life who have the drive and dedication to study hard and they know from day one that their entire career and conduct will be closely monitored by independent as well as governmental bodies.

You now have quite simply smashed the "old boy" network (that is more often than not made up of the corrupt and pervert) and made it incredibly hard for bent Judges to enjoy the easy life, which they are certainly able to do today.

I would also ditch the poofty wig as well as the other archaic drivel that is from a time past

I would even go as far as saying that once someone has become a solicitor or barrister, then they are disqualified from being a Judge, as there will be a clash of interests and past interests. For example, a former solicitor or barrister may have taken a preference to taking on cases against the police.

What Is Needed – NOW

For those that are in place today, I also want judges to account for their past as well as their present dealings and connections to businesses and people. They are after all taking public money and have an incredible amount of power that is currently not being monitored or properly regulated by any outside independent body.

Judges should also only be appointed by an independent body of people from a broad spectrum of the community that have the power to look at the proposed judge’s past conduct and personal behaviour. The public must in itself democratically elect the independent body, not have the Judges and co, cherry pick their good friends for the positions with a wink and a nod.

So Will It Happen?

Alas I fear the answer will be, NO! Unless there is a peoples revolution.

The present corrupt set of judges would be totally against what I propose, as it would mean exposing their links with law firms, people and organisations. Links could start to be seen and investigated and the judicial system would be exposed as a sham. It is for this reason the government and judicial system will never allow it and only excuses will be presented to the public to mask the lack of change.

Salus populi suprema lex – the public safety is the supreme law.
